Return and Refund Policy

 1. Returns and Replacement

New Times Computer, referred as ‘we’ or ‘our’, will only accept returns or replacement within 7 days of purchase if the following product is:

  • defective

  • the product received is significantly different from what was described on the description

Requirement for return

  • Original receipt

  • All items included in the package including but not limited to freebies bundled

  • Proof of item is defective or significantly different from the description. (Photos or videos might be requested.)

If a replacement is not available or discontinued, a refund will be issued.

Possible reasons that we will not accept / only issue a partial refund:

  • Products with obvious signs of  heavy use.

  • Products that have seals or serial numbers tampered with or modifications or repairs made by a third party.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or manufacturer’s error.

  • Buyer bought item that is not compatible with their device.

Note that down payments, special orders, pre orders, shipping or any fees occurred are not cancelable or non-refundable.

*Please backup any data before sending or carrying your unit to repair centers since during repair process the motherboard and connected parts may be disassembled, and related tests will return unit to its original settings.

 2. Refunds

We generally do not accept any refunds. If a refund is issued, it is in a case by case basis.

Requirement for refunds

  • Original receipt

  • All items included in the package including but not limited to freebies bundled

Note that shipping or any fees occurred are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 3. Additional non-fundable / non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software

  • Subscription base services

  • Warranty Extensions

  • Gift cards

 4. Process

We reserve the right to choose what payment channel to use for refunds for cash and bank transfer payments.

For credit card payments (Shopee & Lazada), it would take approximately 7-14 business days for the customers to get refunded.
