All NTC smart home devices and accessories are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
EV Chargers & Smart Hubs
24-Month Warranty
Our EV charging equipment and NTC Smart Hubs carry an extended 24-month warranty for added peace of mind.
Extended Warranty
Up to 5 Years
Extended warranty plans covering up to 5 years are available at checkout or can be added within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, misuse, and unauthorised modifications are excluded. See our full warranty policy for details.
