1. Warranty periods
Unless a different period is stated on your product packaging, registration card, or checkout receipt, the following limited warranties apply from the date of purchase:
- Smart home devices & accessories — 12 months
- Products expressly sold with a 24-month warranty — 24 months
- Extended warranty plans — As specified in the plan purchased at checkout or within 30 days of purchase.
2. What is covered
The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Manufacturing defects and component failures that occur despite proper installation and use;
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by external impact, liquid, or unauthorised modification;
- Battery failure within the warranty window where the failure is due to a defect (not normal capacity degradation).
3. What is not covered
- Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or operating the product outside published environmental limits;
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) unless present on arrival and reported within the returns window;
- Damage from improper electrical supply, installation by non-qualified persons, or non-authorised service;
- Consumables and accessories not integral to the main device, except where defective on arrival;
- Any product with removed or altered serial numbers.
4. How to make a claim
Submit a request through our Product Support centre with your model name, serial number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. We will assess your claim within a few business days and advise the next steps (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).

5. Statutory rights
This limited warranty is additional to your rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), Republic Act No. 11967 (Internet Transactions Act of 2023), and applicable DTI rules. A defective product may qualify for repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy provided by law regardless of any commercial warranty wording.
